Rondette, Ltd. NYC. since 1946. Mr. Khalaf continues to be one of the
designer leaders in the jewelry industry reflecting his well known
reputation for quality innovative design concepts and manufacturing
techniques. Pixie and head charms for the 1950's; diamond and pearl
bangle collection for the 1960's; sculptured gold and enamel collection
for the 1970's; geometric diamond and colored stone collection for the
1980's; participating in DeBeers diamond promotions 1991-95 and Platinum
Guild International, USA collection for 1994. In 1986, Mr. Khalaf created
the world's most expensive brassiere, embroidered with over 10.5 carats
of diamonds in 18kt gold.
Ben Khalaf, owner and sole
designer of Rondette Ltd., New York City created two new
design concepts for the 1996 selling season. His "Binary Star" Collection
features a series of two-stone contemporary designs in Platinum 18
Kt. gold in Platinum Guild International's 1996 Designer Edition.
His "Liquid Platinum" Collection feature neckpieces, ear-rings
and bracelets using "floating platinum sections" combined with diamonds
highlighted in 18K gold combined with precious colored beads.
